Many young students buy processed food daily because these meals are convenient and time-saving. Companies create tasty snacks that are attractive to teenagers. To make the food last longer, a chemical additive or a strong preservative is added to the products. Although these items look good, they are high in carbohydrates and saturated fat. Children who have a sweet tooth also spend their pocket money on fizzy drinks. When kids take in too much sugar, they easily become addicted to the sweet flavor. As people consume these snacks regularly, their bodies miss important nutrients. Poor nutrition leads directly to childhood obesity. Heavy students often experience physical fatigue and become absent-minded in class. Unstable blood sugar levels make them feel dizzy or cause a dull stomach ache. Doctors encourage families to get rid of junk food to prevent early tooth decay. Medical experts suggest serving poultry, broccoli, and yoghurt instead. Eating these nutritious items helps the young body stay energetic all day. If students feel nauseous or develop severe heartburn, parents usually take them to a clinic. During cold months, waiting rooms are overcrowded with sick patients. A certified nutritionist will take notes on the child's diet to find the main problem. In an attempt to change bad habits, the staff asks the patient to make an effort to do exercise every evening. The doctor might also prescribe an antacid tablet to stop the pain while the child recovers from the illness. Hospital records show a record-breaking number of young patients with diabetes. Clinical data indicates that a sweet pastry holds dangerous amounts of refined sugar. Health boards track the exact consumption rate of junk food in densely populated cities. Numerical logs display how poor diet choices limit physical growth over time. Medical registries continue to document the biological impact of modern diets on the human body.
