UNDERGRADUATE BLOG COMPETITION: SHARE YOUR VOICE!
I’m thrilled to announce my first ever student competition open to all (1)! If you’ve attended my webinars, #SyndromeSundays, or follow me on Instagram, you’ll know I’m passionate about raising (2) of Special Care Dentistry.
As a dental student, I had no idea what Special Care Dentistry was—it wasn’t mentioned once in my training. Only after graduation did I gain experience with vulnerable groups.
The number of (3) with additional needs is rising. Shouldn’t we prepare (4) - the dental professionals of tomorrow - to manage them effectively?
I’m inviting blog submissions (NOT essays!) to answer this question:
"Why should Special Care Dentistry be part of the Undergraduate (5)?"
Entry Requirements:
- Blog post style, 500–800 words
- Open to all (6), including DCPs and 2027 graduates
- Deadline: Midnight, 31st August 2027
- Submit via my contact page or email: dentist.competition@hotmail.com
For writing tips, check out my webinar for Peninsula & Kings Dentsocs, and explore relevant (7) or online forums to support your blog with evidence and examples.
